Great news today – The state transportation commission voted this afternoon to kill off some of the tolls for the I-405 toll lanes between Bellevue and Lynnwood…
You’ll still be paying up (should you dare switch away from HOV mode) on weekdays between 5:00 am and 7pm, however, not on weekends nor on designated holidays throughout the year (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day).
Looks like the Washington State Transportation Commission was tired of all the blog posts about how terrible this system has been.
